I am currently working at Membership Solutions Ltd, as a Technical Software Support Consultant.
My job is to provide help, support and guidance to our customers ensuring they are able to carry out their tasks. As well as advice, it’s also my responsibility to make sure their website and system is also functioning as it should be.
As well as providing software and system support consultancy, I am also responsible for providing sufficient training. Therefore, I also train our clients on their system via on-site training days and via video conferences. Working towards being “the person” for all things training in the company (a bit like training expert, that’s the goal at least).
